Infopointe Media, LLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit infopointemedia.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Infopointe Media, LLC, a Utah limited liability company based in Washington County, Utah ("we," "us," or "our"), and how that information is used.

Information we collect

You do not need to create an account, fill out a form, or provide any personal information to use the Site. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, or social media tracking pixels, and the Site does not set cookies of its own. The Site's fonts and scripts are served from our own domain rather than from third-party services.

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand general traffic to the Site, such as page views, referring websites, browser and device types, countries, and page load performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites. We view this information only in aggregate and do not use it to identify you.

Hosting and security

The Site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs in order to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. Cloudflare's practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use aggregated analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it, and we use any email you send us to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep email correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond and for ordinary business records. Aggregated analytics are retained by Cloudflare according to its own retention periods.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information, if any, we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the Site does not collect personal information unless you email us, we usually hold none. Send any request to the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above shows the latest revision.

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, consistent with our Terms of Use.
